JOB DESCRIPTION:


Designation: IT Technical Recruiter

Process: Domestic Recruitment


JOB LOCATION: KOLKATA


The person who fills this position will be responsible for sourcing candidates, accepting and screening resumes through Technical telephonic interviews,

scheduling interviews and following up with candidates till the final joining. The right candidate will be a self starter who is looking for a place to grow

and prove themselves.



Job profile:

- Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications

- Coordination with the candidates / Clients

- Ensures the joining of the selected candidates

- Meeting the Target




Qualification:

Sound knowledge about IT

Excellent communication and convincing skills

Positive, professional and go-getter attitude

Confident in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Result oriented individual who is able to deliver within deadlines
